As always, we pride ourselves on our ability to serve our customers in a quick, professional manner. Recently we have experienced a very high call volume regarding 3rd party KODI add-ons and/or other 3rd party applications with questions regarding streaming content and their inability to either work correctly or stream without buffering.

SkyStream does not provide any support on these 3rd party add-ons or applications within KODI or the Android operating system. We do not host, own, or provide any streams, bandwidth, or storage for these add-ons or applications. If you are looking for support or help regarding any 3rd party add-ons or applications within KODI or the Android operating system, please email the developer or company that represents the application directly. You can go into Google and type in the add-on or application that you are having issues with and contact them with your questions.

We will continually update you and your devices as we see fit and have recently released the SkyStreamTV Updater App that will allow you to have the most up-to-date add-ons with the KODI application. Remember, we do not represent these add-ons or KODI, therefore we cannot provide any support on them. If an add-on is not working properly, please try another or contact the developer directly for a resolution.
