The Air Mouse Remote works great with my Skystream 3. I love the voice option also.
Works great just wish my dogs didn't love chewing them up when the girls leave it out.
Product arrived in reasonable time, thanks. Nicely made but yet to test on Samsung TV but works fine on Win10. Great communications with SkyStream! UK buyers will pay approx £5 customs duty on top of purchase price.

Pleased with my purchase. I had one with my SkyStream 3 box so bought another for the box in my bedroom.
The microphone works well and saves a lot of typing in search boxes etc.
Just make sure the batteries have enough juice in them otherwise you start to get some funny interpretations of what you just said.

This does everything it says it will, and I'm delighted with it.
Previously, we had a keyboard which was big and awkward. The Mouse remote was a lot smaller but it did require a learning curve which passed very quickly. We now love using the Skystream Mouse and wonder why we didn't get one a lot earlier. This is the only way to go with Skystream.
I've tried a lot of air mouse remote over the past 3 weeks and this is the best one I have found. It's a little pricey but it works a lot better then the other seven that I have
I patiently waited to receive my air mouse and it was well worth the wait. It works great and I can sit on the couch and control everything from Chrome to Hulu. I love the keyboard on the back also.

I purchased this air mouse to replace one that ate up batteries almost weekly. This one is going strong after 2 weeks. Strongly recommended

Air mouse is faster than any touch pad and sensitivity is adjustable (but default actually works for me) only draw back is it only has 4 programmable IR buttons, but that is enough for the most part.

I really love this box. I recently started using Android boxes as a way to cut cable and bought the cheapest one I could find to learn with. Then I tried the Skystream because of the reviews I saw on line. There is a tremendous difference. The box is so much faster and works with the apps I commonly use. Apps do not crash. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful. On line chat support is there for you as needed on their site. I can't say enough good things about this box and air remote.

I had ordered an additional remote for our TV in our den. After receiving I could never get it to work or even light up after changing out several batteries. They did send me a replacement and confirmed that it worked before they shipped to me. Thanks for prompt response.

The remote works excellent and easy to operate. I am very satisfied.
I have used the remote for only a few days, but so far, the device works as advertised and expected. It also appears solidly constructed for a plastic remote. I had some difficulty removing the back plate to access the battery compartment of my particular remote. You might or might not encounter the same trouble as I did. Given the short time I have used the device, I cannot recommend it to others, but I would buy it again if I had reason to purchase a second air-mouse (e.g., for another Android box) today.

First, having only used the remote briefly, we do like it. The information in the package did not tell us all the uses of all the remote buttons (I guess you assume we should know them). Most we do. For example, what is the the voice button? Still trying to figure it out...will check out some you tube stuff. That's it for now. Thanks for your support.
All you need in one device.
This is not my first box and first air to mouse that I use.
Where I found convenient the backlighting this is not sufficient for reading keys when this is not fully dark.
Also where I appreciate the wake up of the box often I need to press several times the button to achieve the desired action.
Nevertheless, this seems to be a good tool to play with the box, but can be improved still.

Makes the operation of the skystream system more user friendly. Just point and click. The keyboard on the back makes searching a breeze.

It's a great product, however, it should be bundled as the default controller for the Skystream two, as the current default controller won't work with Netflix and presents some issues with amazon prime.
This controller changed completely my overall negative experience with my current skystream two box.
Great response, cool background lighting (very convenient at night), and all the buttons to fully take control of all Android Apps I use in my streaming device.

Best money I've ever spent!!!! This remote does about anything you can imagine. Simple to use. Don't know why I waited so long to get one.
A couple of months ago, I needed a better Air Mouse. Amazon was quick and easy. Lesson learned! Even though it "looked" like a genuine Skystream, it wasn't. It wouldn't pair with either my I or II. Sent it back, ordered DIRECTLY from Skystream, ordered and VIOLE - paired on the first try!
Plug and play. Cant get easier than that. The qwerty keyboard side it a little touchy since the way to hold it blocks the infrared but besides that works great so far.

I have not used the box yet as my tv went out because of a power surge. I now have a 4k smart tv & have not hooked p the box yet. I am unsure how this will work with this tv. Not sure how to use it. I'm old & stupid with this sort of thing. Any guidance would help. Thank you.

I am 77 years old and my hand will not find the keyboard or can I control the mouse. I don't like it but for a younger person who uses cell phones and game controllers it might be great.

I have 2 sky two boxes and 1 sky one box. I use air mouse remote control for all three boxes. Much better than remote supplied with sky two and sky one boxes. To get ease of use out of your sky boxes get the air mode remote. Worth every penny. No more squawking about the inadequacy of the supplied remote. Just buy it.

This is a great air mouse and works flawlessly. With no manual, it is difficult to figure out al the functions
I had to take off a point because the air mouse does not light up. I didn't drop it or anything it was like that. I didn't make a big deal about it because everything else works fine.
