SkyStream Warranty & Return Policy

SkyStream Technologies is proud to provide a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee* and a 1-Year Warranty on all our products. If you're not satisfied or encounter any issues with your streaming media player, contact us at info@skystreamx.com or use our QuickSupport App for diagnostic help. If necessary, you can send the unit back for repairs, exchange, or a full refund, excluding units with water or physical damage.

The return process is simple:

  1. Email us at info@skystreamx.com for eligibility.
  2. If eligible, we'll send a form to include in your return package. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs within the 14-day period.
  3. Upon receiving your return, we'll process it within 2-3 business days. Once checked for completeness, we'll issue your refund.

Key points to remember:

  • Return shipping costs within 14 days are borne by the customer, including international orders.
  • Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day period will not be refunded. Customers must bear return shipping costs for such items.
  • 2-Year Extended Warranty must be purchased at the time of purchasing our Android TV Boxes. Subsequent purchases won't be honored.
  • We don't accept returns for reasons such as dislike of the included remote control, not wanting to create a Google account, or dissatisfaction with any third-party VPN's functionality.
  • We offer Route Shipping Insurance at 1% of your total order value. We strongly recommend it as we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages if declined.
  • Cord Cutting Package Returns: If you return any product from this package, you'll be refunded the full purchase price minus the cost of items not returned.
  • Mistaken orders must be reported prior to shipping. If already shipped, a fee of $8 is required for us to accept a return, and the customer must bear return shipping costs.
  • We process all weekend and holiday orders on the next business day. This includes overnight FedEx orders.
  • Custom, VAT, Import or other fees are the customer's responsibility. We don't cover such charges.
  • Refunds are processed within 72 hours through the original payment method.
  • Ensure to remove any extras from your unit and perform a factory reset to clear any personal data before shipping it back.
  • Third-Party Vendors: Products bought from third parties cannot be returned to SkyStream for refunds. Any returns from third-party vendors will not be honored and deemed abandoned after seven days if return shipping isn't paid.
