SkyStream Technologies offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee* on all of our products. Once the product has been received back and checked for completeness, we will issue you a full refund of your original purchase price.

We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all of our products as well. If you experience any issues with your streaming media player, please an send an email to, first to see if we can help diagnose the issue or use our QuickSupport App. If need be the unit can be sent to us. Once received, we will fix the issues that you were experiencing and send the original unit back to you or exchange your player for another unit or rebuilt one (at our discretion). This does not include any items that have water damage or any physical damage.

The process for returns is as follows:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department by emailing us at
  2. We will determine if you are eligible for a return - if you are, we will send you a form to include in your return package. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning a product within the 14 days. For returns, we will ship them back via USPS so putting them in your mailbox is the easiest way for them to be sent back to us.
  3. Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The process time generally takes approximately 2-3 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email from our returns department letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. We will issue refunds the day the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.

* - Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 14 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders.

*- Any and all shipping costs paid by the customer are non refundable.

* - Items returned to us after the 14 day window will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for any products returned to us outside of the 14 day return window. Products returned to us that are outside of the 14 day return window will be considered abandoned if the return shipping payment is not received within 7 days of us receiving the product.

* - 2 Year Extended Warranty must be purchased at the time of the purchase of any of our Android TV Boxes. 2 Year Extended Warranties purchased after the initial order of any of our Android TV Boxes will not be honored.

* - Items with physical damage are not eligible for return or refund. Items received in poor condition including dirt, food remnants, or anything else gross may be returned to sender at SkyStream discretion for proper cleaning by owner. Please do not send back items that are gross or are undesirable to touch.

* - SkyStream Technologies does not accept returns due to any particular application not working properly, unless we mistakenly tell you that it will work or we advertise that it works. If you need a specific application to work, please email us at info at and we can test the specific application for you to see if it works properly. SkyStream does not allow for refunds or returns if you are using any 3rd party VPN to access the internet as we can not control how these devices will react with a VPN and your internet connection.

* - Skystream Technologies does not allow returns because you did not do any research as to what you are buying. All of our Streaming Media Players run the Android operating system so you can use Android applications on your TV. Our devices are not cable boxes and do not provide any content outside of the applications you install and use. Please email us at info at if you have questions about or products prior to purchase.

* - SkyStream Technologies does not allow returns due to not liking the remote control that is included with the Streaming Device. The remote control is pictured and explained thoroughly on the product pages. You may request a button guide if you threw away your user manual.

* - Skystream Technologies does not allow returns because you do not want to create a Google account. You can create a throwaway account and never use it.

* - IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE THE SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND EXTRA INSURANCE and the product is "missing or stolen" SkyStream IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOST ITEM(S). Please contact the carrier for further assistance or claims.

*- As of 4/15/19 we now offer Route Shipping Insurance during checkout. Route charges 1% of your total order value to insure your order during the shipping process. If you order is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process and you have added Route Shipping Insurance, We will ship out another order to you.

However if you choose to decline Route Shipping Insurance and you package is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We highly suggest utilizing the Route Shipping insurance as it is cheaper and more efficient than the Carriers Insurance.

We will do our best to help you with trying to recover a lost or stolen package, but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the customer declines the additional shipping insurance through Route.

* - Cord Cutting Package Returns - The Cord Cutting Package has discounts built into the package price. If you return any product from the Cord Cutting Package to Skystream Technologies you will subsequently be refunded the full purchase price minus the full cost of the item or items not returned.

* - If you order a product by mistake from our website, it is your duty to contact us prior to us shipping out the product so we can cancel the order. In the event that we ship out the product, in order to return it a payment of $8 will need to be paid via invoice to cover the cost of us shipping the product to you. The customer is also responsible to cover the cost of return shipping. The item needs to be in brand new condition in order to receive a full refund. A $30 fee will be taken from your refund in the event the box is not in brand new condition.

* - SkyStream processes all orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays on the next business day following that particular day. This includes FedEX overnight orders made on the weekend. These orders will be shipped out the next business day.

* - Any Customs, VAT, Import or any other fees your country may charge to import an item from the United States is the sole responsibility of the customer. Skystream does not pay any of these fees for any reason. If a package is returned to us due to the customer not paying a certain fee that their country charges, It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping if they want the package shipped to them again. Skystream does not pay any fee charged by your country to import a product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand their countries laws and fees.

Refunds are issued within 72 hours from when the box was received through the same payment method that was used to purchase the original product.

Please remove any remote control Dongles, SD Cards and anything else that is plugged into your unit before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are send back with returned units. Also, be sure to do a factory reset on your box to clear any personal data that may be stored on your unit.

 *- Third Party Vendors - Any purchases of any Skystream products from a third party are not able to be returned to Skystream for a refund in any way. All refunds and returns on products purchased from a third party vendor must be handled between the customer and the third party vendor. Any products shipped to Skystream Technologies for a return or refund that were purchased from a third party vendor will not be honored. If the customer wishes to have the product or products shipped back to them they will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. Any products returned to Skystream Technologies purchased from a third party vendor that return shipping is not paid by the customer will be considered abandoned in 7 calendar days. These rules apply even if a Skystream technician mistakenly sends a customer a return form thinking that the product was purchased directly from us. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify where they purchased the product from prior to sending them back to Skystream Technologies.

*- Abandoned or Refused Packages - If any orders domestic or international, are refused by the customer for any reason, the package is considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
