While we like to tell you that every package arrives on time and with no issues, this sometimes is not the case which is why we suggest adding signature required and shipping insurance to every order. This will ensure that your package will arrive on time and won't be left on your door step for some random person to steal. It also allows us to immediately ship out another box if something was to happen.

If you elect not to have this option and the package goes missing, we will have to investigate the situation and put in a claim with the carrier before we can ship out another product. For only a few extra bucks, we definitely think it's worth it!
