If you are experiencing any of these issues please follow the below listed troubleshooting steps.
- Unplug the HDMI cable from both the Skystream unit and your television.
- Plug both of them back in and make sure that they are both seated firmly.
- If this does not fix the problem, try using a different HDMI port on your TV.
- If this does not work, please try using a different HDMI cable.
